Never send your device secret, bearer token, or private label photos by email. An account ID from an export may help us locate a request.
Quick answers
How do I export my journal?
Open Settings in Bottle&Ink and choose Export my journal. The app creates a JSON file containing your account, wine records, messages, inventory history, sources, and related metadata.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm the permanent deletion. If you no longer have the app, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
Is my label photo public?
No. User-uploaded label photos require your authenticated device account. A wine profile can separately show a reusable public product image with source and rights information.
Can Bottle&Ink change my own tasting note?
No. Your wine memory is stored verbatim. Bottle&Ink keeps any AI-assisted tasting-language interpretation in a separate field.
