Data and purpose

The app stores progress and preferences on your device to provide its features (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process random installation and session identifiers, app interactions, usage duration, timestamps, platform, and app version to understand usage and improve the app. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare hosts analytics and Expo provides software updates. These providers process installation identifiers, update failure reports, and technical connection data to deliver and secure their services. Analytics storage is in the EU; international processing is covered by applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. See the Cloudflare and Expo privacy terms.

Usage events expire after 90 days; installation records expire after 90 days of inactivity. Expired records are removed on the next service activity. Local progress, preferences, and the analytics identifier remain on your device until app data is removed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object where applicable, by contacting us. To request deletion of usage data, email [email protected] and name Daily Bible Rhythm. Remove the app’s stored data on your device to delete local progress and preferences. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
